Overview As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations. You will work within our Denver operation to deliver both commercial and residential plumbing/MEP-focused construction services. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, review drawings and contracts, and manage change orders to keep projects on track. You will drive project outcomes through strong leadership, clear communication, and rigorous project controls.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Manage multiple construction projects from planning and procurement through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reporting
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and clients to ensure successful project execution
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality standards, and project milestones while resolving issues that impact schedule or budget
Key requirements- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, industrial construction, MEP, mechanical, plumbing, or related construction environments
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Strong understanding of construction documents, change orders, procurement processes, and project controls
- Experience with plumbing, mechanical, or MEP projects preferred but not required
