Training Manager, Biotronik NEURO

In this role you will shape BIOTRONIK NEURO's US education strategy for field teams, turning business goals into scalable, compliant training programs. You will own curricula, certification, and launch readiness to boost clinical, technical, product, and selling capabilities. Partner with cross functional teams to deliver blended learning solutions and measure impact on productivity and patient outcomes. This is a mission level role at the intersection of neuromodulation innovation and commercial excellence, offering broad influence and strategic impact.

• Execute multi year training strategy and annual plans aligned with commercial priorities and product strategy
• Lead onboarding, certification, advanced, leadership, product, clinical, and selling curricula across live, virtual, digital, and blended formats
• Use needs assessments, gap analyses, and performance data to prioritize programs and improve business impact
• Own learning pathways, competency models, certification standards, assessments, training records, policies, and curriculum governance
• Lead product and therapy launch readiness including content, train the trainer programs, field reinforcement, and post launch measurement
• Maintain expertise in spinal cord stimulation therapies, BIOTRONIK NEURO products, and market trends
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, HR, R&D, and global education teams to deliver compliant solutions
• Provide standards, guidance, and feedback to field trainers and onboarding mentors to ensure consistent delivery
• Measure certification, proficiency, time to productivity, field application, and business impact; use insights to improve programs and advise leaders
• Manage annual budget, vendors, learning technologies, LMS enhancements, and tools to improve scale and analytics
• Assist planning of national sales meetings, regional programs, congresses, and internal learning events
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new products, processes, competencies, and behaviors
• Perform other duties and strategic projects as assigned

• Five or more years in medical device, neuromodulation, life sciences, or other regulated healthcare environments
• Five or more years in field sales, clinical support, commercial education, or sales training
• Proven success leading technical, clinical, product, and commercial training for dispersed teams
• Expertise in adult learning, curriculum and certification design, needs assessment, and training measurement
• Working knowledge of medical device regulatory, quality, legal, and promotional compliance
• Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and executive influence skills
• Ability to travel 30-50%, including overnight and occasional evening/weekend/international commitments
