Overview In this role you will support Fidelity's enterprise storage and data protection platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and optimize backup, provisioning, and migration activities. You'll help drive automation and DevOps/EngOps initiatives while collaborating with global vendors to maintain availability and performance of critical systems. Responsibilities- Support enterprise storage, backup, and data protection platforms
- Resolve complex infrastructure incidents and drive root-cause analysis
- Fulfill service requests and maintain service quality
- Monitor and optimize backup/recovery operations
- Manage storage provisioning, migration, and decommissioning
- Collaborate with global technology teams and vendors to implement solutions
- Contribute to operational KPIs, metrics, and observability
- Support virtualized environments and related infrastructure (VMware/OLVM) and cloud-related activities
Key requirements- 5+ years in enterprise storage, backup, or infrastructure operations
- Experience with SAN, NAS, and data protection technologies
- Familiarity with IBM storage systems, Infinidat, NetApp or similar platforms
- Experience with Commvault or comparable backup software
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills
- Storage provisioning, migration, disaster recovery, and data restoration experience
- Knowledge of SAN switches and storage connectivity concepts
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
- VMware/OLVM familiarity; Windows infra experience preferred; Linux admin highly preferred
- Experience with automation and DevOps/EngOps initiatives
