Responsibilities- Define end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with clear objectives and success criteria
- Prioritize initiatives with engineering and business stakeholders and align on goals and technical direction
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks using data, metrics, and visibility mechanisms
- Improve development processes and architectures by reducing dependencies and bottlenecks
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership and build cross-team consensus
Key requirements- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams
