Overview In this role you will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from start to finish, drafting key pleadings and motions, and handling depositions, mediations, and court appearances. You will develop case strategy and work closely with partners to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients. Responsibilities- Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in court appearances
- Develop case strategy and provide legal analysis
- Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve efficient outcomes
Key requirements- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in California
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling depositions and court appearances is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
