Responsibilities- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and short-term forecasting
- Deliver accurate financial statements, KPI reporting, and dashboard visibility
- Present financial results and drivers to executive leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Provide strategic insights for expansion initiatives (new product lines, reimbursement models, channel partnerships, M&A)
- Advise executive team on financial implications of operational decisions, pricing strategies, and capital allocation
- Serve as trusted partner in customer and vendor negotiations
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and career development for direct reports
- Own EOS annual and quarterly goals (rocks) for the finance function
- Foster culture of accuracy, analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement
