Responsibilities- Provide engineering and technical support for the maintenance team
- Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to improve equipment reliability and OEE
- Manage and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs, including PM schedules, procedures, work instructions, and maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime
- Develop and present data, recommendations, and improvement plans
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and programs to minimize unplanned downtime and reduce maintenance costs
- Monitor KPIs related to equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness
- Ensure all projects meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for risk assessment, safety, and quality
- Champion safety culture, housekeeping, and adherence to all plant procedures
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- 5+ years of engineering, maintenance, or project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software, data analysis tools, and predictive maintenance technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
