You'll work across US, EU and JP with senior leaders, shaping strategic financial plans in a fast-growing, high-visibility environment. Responsibilities- Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Small Business customer segment
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the US, EU and JP
- Develop accurate financial models, insights, and recommendations to drive results
- Own customer acquisition and engagement metrics for WW Small Business Finance
- Influence decisions with clear communication, data analysis, and model-based options
- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and forecasting using tools like Excel, SQL, and Cognos
Key requirements- 7+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical field
- 7+ years experience dissecting financial data to support strategy
