LADS-Engineering Financial Analyst (P2) HYBRID

As an Engineering Business Analyst, you will support engineering program leads and control accounts in Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and reporting. You will perform detailed cost and schedule analyses, develop estimates at complete and latest revised estimates, and monitor variances to keep programs on track. This hybrid role blends onsite collaboration with remote work, contributing to cost control and schedule visibility across multiple sites. You will work with EVMS tools to drive predictable outcomes and support program commitments.

• Support quarterly EACs and monthly LRE development
• Conduct Earned Value and financial analyses to set baselines and forecast positions
• Prepare cost forecasts, monitor actuals, and document variances
• Analyze cost and labor data to drive schedule and cost performance
• Collaborate with engineering and program leads to input EVMS data
• Utilize EV reporting tools (APEX/SAP EV, IMS, PMX) for management reporting

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems
• MS Office experience, especially Excel
