Responsibilities- Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with contract documents
- Receive hand-offs from estimating department and administer budgets, contracts, materials and equipment
- Demonstrate a growth mindset as a team learner and leader
- Prioritize safety, quality, schedule, and customer service
- Prepare contracts, coordinate on-site activities, quality control, and cost tracking
- Collaborate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to ensure material coordination and accuracy
Key requirements- At least five years of experience in the trade
