Overview In this contract role, you will lead sales-focused recruitment to build a capable nationwide sales team. You'll partner with hiring leaders, drive the end-to-end process from outreach to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. The role supports a hybrid work model with remote prioritization and in-person collaboration for key meetings. You will shape recruitment strategies, monitor market trends, and manage multiple requisitions to meet hiring goals. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence talent acquisition across Sales Representatives, Business Development, and Account Executives.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and account-focused roles across regions
- Source candidates via direct sourcing, networking, and targeted channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess alignment with role requirements
- Present well-matched candidates to hiring leaders and manage stages of selection
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain recruiting data and candidate records in the ATS
- Support compensation discussions, extend offers, and assist with onboarding coordination
- Monitor labor market conditions to improve recruiting strategies
- Manage multiple active requisitions in a high-volume setting to meet hiring goals and timelines
