Responsibilities- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on specifications and schedules
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for timely, cost-effective execution
- Serve as primary client liaison, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports detailing status, challenges, and solutions
- Oversee project teams to foster effective communication and collaboration
Key requirements- Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction, especially ground-up hospital projects
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus
