Overview In this Senior HRBP role for Microsoft AI (MAI), you act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving people strategies that enable growth and talent excellence. You'll align HR and business objectives, collaborate with Recruiting and COEs, and help navigate rapid organizational change in a fast-paced AI environment. You shape structures, leadership capability, and workforce planning to accelerate business outcomes. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a cross-functional setting.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance to leaders to enable growth, change, and agile execution
- Influence leaders to build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability and innovation
- Assess organizational health and leadership capability; design structures, workforce strategies, and operating models
- Lead strategic talent planning and collaborate with Talent Management and Recruiting to close capability gaps
- Partner with HR COEs to adapt programs and initiatives for MAI while staying aligned with Microsoft priorities
- Support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and growth strategies in collaboration with Recruiting and HR Partners
Key requirements- 4+ years in HR or related processes with Master's degree OR 7+ years with Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
