Overview As Senior Finance Manager, Americas Aerospace Materials, you drive financial leadership and decision support for the Americas Aerospace Materials portfolio. You will partner with aerospace leadership, commercial, operations, and supply chain to enable profitable growth and strategic investment decisions. You lead FP&A, evaluate customer agreements and pricing, and guide capital investments while delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities- Serve as primary finance partner to Aerospace Materials commercial and operational leadership across the Americas
- Provide financial leadership to support growth initiatives, profitability improvements, and strategic decisions
- Assess financial implications of customer agreements, pricing strategies, programs, and long-term contracts
- Lead customer profitability analysis and recommend margin improvements via pricing, mix, and cost-to-serve changes
- Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for negotiations and investments
- Communicate risks and financial implications to senior leadership with data-driven insights
- Support long-range planning across OEM, aftermarket, and service channels
- Lead monthly close, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Analyze sales, margins, productivity, overhead, inventory, and working capital
- Develop executive-level reporting and presentations translating financial data into insights
- Lead forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning; ensure accurate submissions in planning systems
- Provide financial leadership for manufacturing, supply chain, and S&OP; evaluate capital investments and project ROI/IRR
- Drive working capital improvements and support operational excellence initiatives
- Lead process improvements and expand use of automation and BI tools; mentor finance staff; ensure controls and compliance
Key requirements- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or commercial finance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Experience partnering with senior leaders for strategic decisions
- Financial modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and planning capabilities
- Experience evaluating commercial opportunities, pricing actions, contracts, and investments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with HFM, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Experience using Power BI for data-driven decision making
