Overview In this role you will lead quality assurance and project management for electrical systems in large-scale data center construction. You will coordinate stakeholders, ensure QA/QC and safety standards, and manage design, commissioning, and submittal workflows to keep projects on track. You'll collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver compliant, high-quality electrical installations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage project stakeholders and communications
- Track and control critical milestones (switchgear, factory testing, energization) to prevent schedule slips
- Verify governance, QA/QC processes, pre-commissioning checklists, and specialized systems are applied
- Ensure adherence to testing standards (NETA, IEEE) and safety protocols on electrical projects
- Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation
- Monitor multiple projects to ensure electrical designs and codes are applied correctly
- Manage interfaces with equipment suppliers (transformers, UPS, switchgear) via trackers and reviews
- Forecast and update milestones, critical paths, and testing phases
- Coordinate design teams against commission criteria and provide technical support to owners, architects, and contractors
- Review submittals and RFIs; support client relationship-building to maximize opportunities
- Provide strategic input to help teams meet client and business objectives
- Capture knowledge and drive process improvements in QA/QC and pre-functional checklists
- SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management or electrical engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant PM experience with electrical systems in built environments
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Experience in design/construction with mechanical or BMS controls
- Optionally: experience in vendor equipment factory quality control or commissioning of electrical systems in data centers
- Proficiency with construction documents (BODs, specs, drawings, RFIs) and PM tools
