Overview In this role you will lead program security for the National Security Sector, ensuring robust industrial security across contracts and coordination with government security authorities. You will apply ICD-705 guidance to physical and personnel security, while partnering with teams to mitigate risks to sensitive operations. The position anchors security policy execution, visitor control, access management, and compliance for a government site in Chantilly, VA. You'll work with cross-functional teams to protect critical voice, video, and collaboration services.

Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and administer corporate and government industrial security policies and programs across the contract
- Liaise with outside agencies and keep management informed of security activities
- Implement procedures for visitor control, employee identification, safeguarding of facilities and property
- Apply ICD-705 to ensure physical security controls
- Maintain security systems (locks, alarms, badges, access control) and support physical/procedural security plans
- Provide comprehensive personnel security support for the program
- Collaborate with customer security authorities to address security issues for AT&T's business
Key requirements- TS/SCI with polygraph
- 9 years of experience (or equivalent education path)
- General understanding of IC security requirements and related laws/directives
- Working knowledge of ICDs and SEADs used by DNI for TS/SCI access
- Eligibility for access to SCI and polygraph
