Overview In this role you guide TI's legal agenda, balancing regulatory compliance, data privacy, IP protection, and risk management. You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to advise on strategic legal actions and oversee litigation on the company's behalf. You'll partner with diverse stakeholders to ensure lawful and sustainable business decisions. Responsibilities- Oversee legal matters and act as advisor on regulatory compliance, data privacy, risk mitigation, and IP/patents
- Coordinate with external counsel and prepare supporting documents for legal actions
- Review legal data and provide informed recommendations on appropriate actions
- Direct internal and external counsel handling litigation for the company
Key requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience
