Overview

In this role you help Robinhood shape pay programs that attract and retain talent as the company scales. You will own compensation analytics and the systems behind base pay and variable compensation, building scalable models and automations. You'll partner with People, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to surface data-driven insights that inform pay decisions across global markets. This position offers hands-on ownership from day one and a chance to apply AI-powered tooling to streamline processes. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain compensation models for benchmarking, budgeting, scenario analysis, and data reconciliation
  • Lead compensation analytics including survey participation, job matching, market pricing, and trend analyses
  • Design and maintain reporting trackers, dashboards, and budgets with timely, accurate outputs
  • Administer broad-based and variable/incentive compensation cycles end-to-end
  • Build and improve compensation systems, tooling, job catalog, databases, and automation
  • Support M&A integration with due diligence, harmonization of pay structures, and integration of acquired employees
  • Advance AI and automation across benchmarking, analysis, communications, and reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Partners, HRIS, Finance, and Legal for data quality and communication
Key requirements
  • 4-6 years of compensation experience
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, compensation data, and benchmarking tools
  • Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating analytical work
  • Experience administering broad-based and incentive compensation
  • Clear communication transforming complex analysis into actionable recommendations
