Overview As Corporate Accounting Senior Director, you will own end-to-end accounting integrity across multiple legal entities, overseeing general ledger, close processes, and cash management. You will partner with FP&A and executive leadership to deliver clear financial insights and drive informed decisions. You'll bridge operational accounting with management reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory alignment. You will lead a multinational team, elevating controls and performance, at a global investment leader.

Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day general ledger activities across a distributed team and ensure consistent policies and internal controls
- Lead monthly/quarterly close processes with timely reporting and regulatory compliance across entities
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and cash management, ensuring timely, supported positions
- Manage and develop a multinational team through coaching and performance reviews
- Provide oversight of affiliated entity accounting to ensure accuracy across the structure
- Deliver monthly/quarterly financial analyses with variance commentary for stakeholders
- Collaborate with FP&A to align statutory and management reporting with a coherent narrative
- Partner with Tax to support tax provision and forecast processes and tax entries
- Govern and test ledgers and coordinate with Data Operations on system updates and improvements
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliant accounting practices
Key requirements- 8+ years of controls, audit, accounting, or finance experience
- CPA or equivalent professional designation required
- Experience managing multinational teams and multiple accounting environments
- Familiar with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
- University Degree preferred
