Overview In this role you will lead ground-up and TI construction projects for a well-established design-build general contractor. You will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation while proactively mitigating risks. Responsibilities- Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery and quality standards
- Review and approve project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Ground-up and TI experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
