Overview In this role you support senior leadership in an investment advisory environment, ensuring priorities stay on track and operations run smoothly. The position is primarily on-site four days a week, offering high visibility and impact across teams and time zones. You will streamline executive workflows, manage scheduling, travel, and communications, and help shape efficient processes. This role suits a proactive, confidential executive assistant who partners across global locations to enable informed decisions and seamless leadership support.
Responsibilities- Provide anticipatory administrative support to executive leaders and manage daily priorities.
- Oversee complex scheduling, coordinate calendars, meetings, space, and prepare materials.
- Plan domestic and international travel, multi-stop itineraries, and adapt to changes quickly.
- Process expense reports and invoices, monitor items, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate requests across multiple teams and global locations to maintain smooth operations.
- Draft, format, and refine presentations, correspondence, and meeting documents using Microsoft 365.
- Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and coordination processes for leadership support.
