Overview As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse multi-site portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and financially productive. You'll work with owners and corporate teams to align goals, optimize NOI, and deliver quality housing with excellent service. The role focuses on operations, finance, and compliance across affordable housing programs, with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder communication. You'll drive improvements, lead leasing and maintenance initiatives, and sustain a customer-centered, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities- Oversee operational, financial, and compliance aspects of Market, RD, LIHTC, 811 PRA portfolio
- Maximize rental income while controlling expenses through planning and control
- Manage showing, leasing, move-ins, and ensure high standards of sales performance
- Implement lease renewal programs and monitor property inspections
- Oversee preventative maintenance and timely inspections to stay compliant
- Manage capital projects and ensure quality curb appeal per corporate standards
- Collaborate with owners and corporate to set community goals and prepare owner reports
- Develop operating budgets/forecasts and sales/marketing plans; convey data timely
- Analyze NOI impact and identify trends to adjust strategies
- Maintain occupancy compliance and fair housing adherence; manage hiring, coaching, and staff development
- Provide timely month-end and annual performance reporting; manage compliance with REAC and related regulations
- Stay informed on market conditions and ensure staff possess relevant product knowledge
- Evaluate rent/pricing strategies and ensure accuracy of marketing materials
- Travel to properties to supervise progress and evaluate staff
Key requirements- 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent
- Multi-site residential management and team leadership experience
- COS, CPO and/or AHM designation preferred
- Experience overseeing portfolios including Conventional/Market, RD, LIHTC, 811 PRA
- Strong communication with residents, prospects, and vendors
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills; time management to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to interact with senior executives
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, Rent Cafe, Right Source)
