Overview In this Senior Construction Superintendent role, you lead high-stakes residential projects from site to occupancy, partnering with the VP of Construction and the Construction Manager to keep scopes, budgets, and schedules aligned. You drive on-site activities, safety, quality, inspections, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining clear progress reporting. You enforce OSHA and SWPPP obligations and safeguard daily site compliance. The position offers impact in advancing affordable housing through expert field leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation / Benefits- Annual salary: $130,000 - $165,000

Responsibilities- Oversee daily on-site construction activities: scheduling, inspections, quality, safety, and coordination of all subcontractors
- Monitor and manage construction budgets to ensure accountable spending
- Coordinate utilities, permits, plan checks, and certificates of occupancy with project management
- Provide clear direction to subcontractors and on-site staff
- Document and report progress and schedule status in writing on a regular basis
Key requirements- Ten plus years managing residential construction projects
- Experience with city inspectors and similar officials
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional under pressure
- Higher education or technical training is a plus, not required
