Responsibilities- Month-end close and GAAP-compliant financial reporting oversight
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and performance reporting
- Drive finance transformation, automation, and data analytics initiatives
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, audits, and tax coordination
- Recruit, mentor, and develop accounting staff and foster continuous improvement culture
Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA designation required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership
- Strong knowledge of large ERP systems
- Manufacturing and/or consumer goods experience
