Overview In this Leasing Consultant role you help drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects. You will partner with maintenance and the leasing team to welcome guests, qualify applicants, and finalize leases while keeping accurate records. You'll support daily admin tasks and resolve resident concerns, contributing to a welcoming, community-focused property. Responsibilities- Greet prospective residents and engage with them professionally
- Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins
- Maintain organized and up-to-date rental files
- Accurately enter rental data into the computer
- Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents
- Assist with monthly administrative tasks and keep paperwork organized
- Interact with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payment
Key requirements- One year of property management experience preferred
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
