Overview As Relationship Manager SR II, you cultivate and manage small business and personal relationships within an assigned geography, partnering with RBC USWM Financial Advisors to present CNB's full capabilities. You educate advisors on small business offerings and drive qualified client introductions, while delivering tailored financial advice. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk-aware client service, and a defined business development plan to grow deposits, lending, and fees. You'll help deepen relationships and drive referrals through strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities- Acquire and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients to meet sales goals for deposits, lending, and fees
- Develop and execute a strategy to engage RBC USWM Financial Advisors and other partners for qualified client introductions
- Deepen client relationships through cross-selling with RBC advisors and SME colleagues
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences and resolve escalations
- Enhance banking and sales acumen via collaboration and internal training
- Capture a holistic view of client needs and provide sound financial advice from data insights
- Monitor risk and ensure lending decisions comply with Bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain professional interactions across CNB and RBC stakeholders to support referrals and deepening relationships
- Represent the Bank in community and professional activities as appropriate
- Manage an intermediate-to-large business banking portfolio with growth in loans, deposits, and fee income
- Oversee loan documentation and monitor accounts to identify potential credit issues
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution
- Strong communication and presentation skills
