Overview In this role you lead audits for a regional, growth-focused firm that serves Big 4-level clients within a collaborative, family-like culture. You will oversee financial statement audits, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while supporting firm expansion across New England. Responsibilities- Lead and manage financial statement audits from planning to completion
- Supervise and develop staff assigned to audits
- Coordinate with clients to gather information and communicate findings
- Ensure audit quality and compliance with standards
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and management
- Contribute to multi-industry client service across the region
- Support firm growth initiatives and cross-office collaboration
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Key requirements- Minimum 4 years of Public Accounting & Audit experience
- Experience handling financial statement audits
