Responsibilities- Lead architectural design for hyperscale data center and colocation projects from concept to closeout
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines, construction teams, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation in line with codes and client guidelines
- Manage coordination with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and delivery
- Serve as architectural SME for hyperscale/colocation clients to optimize operations, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor junior architects and designers to foster technical excellence and innovation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and data center design trends
- Support business development, proposals, and conceptual designs for new pursuits
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects
- Knowledge of building codes, mission critical infrastructure standards, and data center design requirements
- Experience with BIM ACC (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design tools
