Overview In this role you lead large-scale campus deployment programs for Microsoft CO+I, delivering multi-site data center projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendor partners, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery. You'll shape delivery strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive risk mitigation and governance across regions. - Analyze industry practices and internal processes to recommend cost-saving and service-improving changes
- Make decisions and influence partners to resolve complex issues across global construction projects
- Manage project scope changes and adjust plans accordingly
- Review cost, KPI metrics, invoices, and policies to report status to clients
- Serve as primary point of contact for project development and delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with implementation partners, Operations, Security, and leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and actively manage risk
- Establish and track risk mitigation metrics, dashboards, and scorecards
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance expectations; participate in vendor selection and contract processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive regional construction execution plans
- Ensure on-site safety and governance, and prepare reports for executive leadership
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years related experience; 15+ years with data center project experience
