Overview In this Pension Technology Consultant role, you bridge clients and delivery teams to implement and maintain defined benefit solutions. You collaborate across Towers Watson lines of business to deliver technology-enabled services that meet client requirements. You oversee new implementations, support ongoing administration, and grow trusted advisory relationships. This role offers broad exposure to project leadership, client management, and DB knowledge within a leading outsourcing business.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage concurrent projects with clear objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Translate client needs into detailed project plans and ensure team progress against goals
- Serve as the day-to-day project lead and primary client contact for service delivery
- Manage client expectations and escalate issues to Senior Consultants and Client Relationship Managers
- Build trusted advisor relationships through effective delivery, communication and value-added consulting
- Provide expert guidance on defined benefit system implementations, best practices, and ROI considerations
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
- Train clients on new tools and approaches
- Contribute to developing new tools, processes and solutions for outsourcing and HR needs
- Adhere to firm processes and quality standards in solution deployment
- Oversee performance of cross-functional teams (RIS, Calculation Developers, Data Analysts, COE) against project goals
- Hold regular progress meetings to monitor and address issues
- Support business development by identifying and presenting new products/services to clients
- Participate in finalist presentations and other activities to win new business
Key requirements- 10 years' experience leading technology-enabled HR/benefits projects
- Defined benefits administration, HRIS/payroll, or HR systems integration experience
- Experience leading virtual teams across geographic regions
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical, integrative and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational skills and flexibility in a performance-driven environment
- Accountability and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Bachelor or equivalent in business, MIS, HR management, benefits administration or related field; Masters a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel), MS Project, Windows platforms
