Responsibilities- Serve as trusted advisor to executive leaders on organizational, talent, leadership, and workforce matters
- Partner with senior teams to craft Human Capital strategies aligned to priorities and transformation efforts
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession, design, change management, and culture evolution
- Drive organizational effectiveness to improve agility, accountability, collaboration, and efficiency
- Provide strategic coaching to strengthen leadership capability and team health
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions (talent acquisition, leadership development, performance, learning, inclusion & diversity, engagement, rewards)
- Lead and support large-scale transformation initiatives navigating evolving operating models
- Use workforce analytics and market trends to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Assess capabilities, identify gaps and risks, and develop strategies for bench strength and readiness
- Influence organizational design decisions, including roles, team structures, spans and layers, and capability alignment
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture with innovation and accountability
- Partner with leaders to manage organizational risks and complex people issues
- Build cross-enterprise partnerships and contribute to People & Communications priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop HR team members and promote collaboration
- Stay informed on workforce trends, AI-enabled strategies, and evolving models to strengthen outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HR Business Partner leadership supporting senior executives in large, complex orgs
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive organizational transformation
- Strong business acumen with understanding of enterprise strategy, drivers, and financial impact
- Experience in organizational design, change leadership, and workforce strategy
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making using workforce insights and market intelligence
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication with executives and enterprise stakeholders
- Strong judgment, discretion, and handling of confidential matters
- Ability to travel up to 20%
