Responsibilities- Provide legal support to clients and assist partners
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Take depositions
- Prepare and draft legal documents for clients
- Advise on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for disputes
- Comply with legal standards and regulations
Key requirements- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation defense
- Active California bar license
- Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
- Experience managing litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Familiarity with a wide range of legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
