Overview

In this Contracts Manager role, you will support commercial agreement activity for a team in Denver, focusing on preparing, negotiating, and administering business agreements. You will work with cross-functional partners in a hybrid environment to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely turnarounds across the contract lifecycle. This temporary, full-time position offers exposure to improving contract processes and reducing risk while shaping how agreements align with company standards. You will drive negotiations, redline documents, and ensure records are well-maintained to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and revise commercial agreements to support business needs and reduce contractual risk
  • Lead contract discussions with internal partners and external parties to move negotiations forward efficiently
  • Redline draft documents with attention to legal terminology, business obligations, and approval requirements
  • Manage contracts from initial request through execution, renewal, amendment, and record retention
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify terms, resolve issues, and keep agreements aligned with company standards
  • Track key dates, deliverables, and status updates to ensure contracts are completed on schedule
  • Support contract administration activities, including documentation accuracy, version control, and audit readiness
  • Contribute to process improvements related to contract handling and operational consistency as needed
Key requirements
  • Contract management experience or exposure
