Responsibilities- Manage teams on large electrical projects from start to finish
- Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence in collaboration with upper management
- Develop and lead project management goals, procurement, contracts, and capacity planning
- Improve department processes to meet customer requirements and profitability targets
- Review contractual requirements and project design methodologies
- Adjust priorities and milestones based on changing needs and resources
- Maintain active customer contact to validate expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee financial forecasting and project reviews
- Deliver high-quality engineering studies and project delivery
- Communicate risks, challenges, and successes proactively
Key requirements- 3+ years of electrical project management experience
- Extensive knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
- Ability to build relationships and help win projects
- Track record of running a profitable portfolio
- Strong initiative, execution, and communication skills (oral and written)
