Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, spanning healthcare, multifamily, and K-12 sectors. You will own budgets, schedules, and financial performance, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You'll work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Your leadership and proactive risk management will keep projects compliant with safety and specifications, supported by a proactive, transparent communication flow.

Responsibilities- Lead projects across healthcare, multifamily, and K-12 sectors from preconstruction to closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet objectives and standards
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
- Monitor progress, identify risks, implement proactive solutions
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across project phases
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and leadership communications
- Utilize Procore to streamline project management processes
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Preferred 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in healthcare, multifamily, or K-12 construction projects
- Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control methodologies
- Experience with Procore or construction management software is advantageous
