Overview As a Senior Project Manager in civil engineering and pipeline construction, you will oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion. You will work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope, plan schedules, and allocate resources to meet time and budget targets. You will monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure safety and quality throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities- Lead multiple construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope and objectives
- Plan schedules and manage resources for efficient execution
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report to leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in pipeline construction
- Proven experience in pipeline construction and civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and PM principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Large-diameter pipeline construction experience (24" and up)
- Willingness to relocate to Denton, TX or Texarkana, AR (relocation assistance provided)
