Overview

As Product Manager, you will shape and grow fundraising and engagement propositions to deepen supporter relationships and drive long-term value. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement and other teams, using insights and commercial thinking to develop products and experiences. A focus on events fundraising will guide exciting, audience-led experiences that motivate action and fundraising. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to help scale impact for life-saving research while working in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and deliver the product strategy for the events fundraising portfolio to attract, engage and retain supporters
  • Collaborate with the Senior Proposition Manager to implement innovative, audience-led product plans driving long-term growth
  • Work with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data & Insights and Strategy to deliver seamless supporter journeys and compelling campaigns
  • Use audience insight, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
  • Shape product roadmaps and priorities to keep propositions optimised and future-focused
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a collaborative culture for shared ownership and outcomes
Key requirements
  • Experience developing and managing commercially successful products, services or propositions that meet audience needs and deliver measurable results
  • Strong understanding of product development, customer journeys, proposition management and insight-led decision making
  • Experience using data to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex organisations
  • Strong strategic, analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to translate insight into action
