Sr. Accountant

In this Senior Accountant role, you will support SEC reporting and financial disclosures in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment. You will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely regulatory filings and insightful financial analysis. The role emphasizes continuous improvement through automation and streamlined processes, with significant exposure to executives and external auditors. You will contribute to governance reporting and help shape reporting strategies across periods.

• Prepare periodic financial reporting packages and external regulatory filings (e.g., 10-Q, 10-K) and related disclosures
• Analyze supporting schedules for completeness and compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in SEC reporting materials for financing and capital transactions
• Ensure deliverables are accurate and meet deadlines
• Prepare recurring financial reports and cash flow analyses
• Identify trends and insights from financial data and communicate to management
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and liaison with stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to improve reporting and audit efficiency
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and special projects
• Provide ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed

• Strong accounting competencies and comfort with financial data
• Experience with SEC reporting and regulatory compliance processes
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, treasury)
• Aptitude for preparing governance and executive-level reporting materials
• Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors
• Demonstrated focus on process improvement and accuracy under deadlines
