Overview In this VP role, you will lead Kantar's Marketing Science function to advance cross-channel measurement and analytics. You will shape the omni-channel measurement framework, drive ROI-focused insights, and mentor a small team of marketing science professionals. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to embed analytics into media strategy and guide multi-million-dollar investment decisions. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position at a renowned data-driven insights company.

Responsibilities- Develop and own omni-channel media measurement strategy and KPIs across digital, social, search, TV, and more
- Inform and apply marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution to optimize budget and ROI
- Lead rigorous experimentation and lift studies to establish causal impact of channels and tactics
- Perform longitudinal analysis of media performance and customer behavior to inform long-term growth
- Create executive-ready narratives and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with media planning, strategy, activation, finance, and stakeholders to embed analytics in decision-making
- Act as a thought leader in media analytics, staying current with measurement tools and best practices
- Ensure robust data infrastructure and tooling with data partners to support accurate measurement
Key requirements- 15+ years in marketing analytics, media measurement, or marketing science with leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of cross-channel analytics and measurement methodologies (ROI, MMM, multi-touch attribution, lift studies)
- Advanced statistical and analytical skills (predictive modeling, experimental design, causal inference) and proficiency with SQL and Python/R
- Excellent strategic communication and ability to influence senior leadership
- Proven leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA or Master's a plus
