Overview In this role you will support hiring efforts across a range of positions by building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and schedule, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. Your detail-oriented approach and comfort with recruiting tools will help nurture early-stage engagement with applicants. This role offers a hands-on entry point into talent acquisition and impact on hiring velocity and candidate perception.
Responsibilities- Source prospective candidates through multiple platforms
- Review incoming resumes and applications to identify fit for open opportunities
- Conduct initial phone outreach and screening conversations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates within the applicant tracking system
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruiting activity
- Help create a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up, organized scheduling, and clear communication
