Overview Support ongoing development and maintenance of REDi and related applications for the UROC mission. You will design, deploy, and manage ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments, integrate diverse data, and provide technical guidance to users. The role focuses on geospatial data services, automation, and documentation to enable secure, scalable operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust GIS solutions in a high-security setting.

Responsibilities- Respond to REDi geospatial portal update requests
- Design, implement and manage ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments across networks
- Maintain documentation for hardware, software, and data related to UROC apps
- Create and publish ArcGIS Feature, Map and Imagery Services; document publishing processes
- Install, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure, MS SQL databases, and hardware
- Process and automate extraction/translation of structured and unstructured GIS data and imagery
- Provide ArcGIS Enterprise administration support for servers, MS SQL, IIS, Active Directory, and related infrastructure
- Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent work experience
- At least five years of professional engineering/scientific experience with computer systems, software, and databases for ERDC systems
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using JavaScript and C#
- Develop and maintain OData services, REST APIs, web services for reporting, ETL, and interoperability
- Develop, configure, and support SharePoint-based business applications
- Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions, and reporting datasets
- Develop automated reporting and document-generation solutions (PDF, Excel, Word)
- Develop and maintain interactive spatial visualizations with ArcGIS Pro and Geospatial Dashboards
- Configure and deploy field data collection via ESRI Survey123
- Provide customer training and user documentation for system adoption
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and support enterprise deployments, migrations, upgrades, and production issues
- Must have or obtain CompTIA Security+ certification and a valid Secret clearance
