Sr. Accountant

As Sr. Accountant, you will oversee the full accounting cycle to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to sustain reliable records in a fast-paced residential development setting. You'll drive month-end close, maintain the general ledger, and perform detailed reconciliations while supporting tax activities and audit readiness. This role offers impact by strengthening financial controls and supporting external advisors in tax and audits. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to enable transparent, compliant financial operations.

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including transaction review and posting
• Lead month-end close with journal entries and balance reviews to meet deadlines
• Maintain general ledger and monitor account activity for reliable reporting
• Perform detailed account and bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and record journal entries with supporting documentation
• Assist with tax processes by organizing data and coordinating with external advisors
• Contribute to audit readiness by gathering schedules and supporting audit activities

• Experience as a Sr. Accountant or similar role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Exposure to tax matters and audit support in a fast-paced environment
