Principal Account Manager - AI Data Center Key Account

Overview

In this role you drive strategic engagement and revenue growth with hyperscale customers for ADI's power management solutions. You align ADI's power ICs with next-generation server, AI, and infrastructure needs, acting as both customer advocate and company face. You'll influence platform-level decisions, shape design-in, and accelerate design wins in high-density compute environments. This is a mission-driven role at scale, partnering across business units to deliver customized power solutions that enable modern data centers and AI deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead GPU/CPU platform solutions engagements for Cloud Service Providers from roadmap alignment to design-in and revenue ramp
  • Drive adoption of ADI's power management portfolio (multiphase digital power controllers, Smart Power Stages, POL regulators, GaN-based solutions)
  • Promote high-efficiency power delivery (48V, 400V, 800V hot-swap/eFuse) and server/AI rack power modules
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Power Business Unit and System Architects to deliver scalable power solutions for high-density compute
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans, forecast revenue and design wins, identify new opportunities
  • Influence CSP and networking power architecture decisions by enabling power reference designs at the GPU Platform Level
  • Partner with ODMs and ecosystem players involved in server and rack deployments
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders on status, risks, and growth strategies
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of technical sales, business development, or strategic account management in semiconductors with emphasis on power management
  • Proven track record with top-tier CSPs, ODMs, Platform Partners or Networking
  • Strong knowledge of power topologies, server power architectures (48V, 12V, CRPS), and advanced packaging trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline; Master's degree or MBA a plus
