Responsibilities- Analyze underwriting information and complex risks to advise management
- Maintain adherence to underwriting and service standards
- Balance risk vs. return while considering customer needs
- Lead sales process from planning to execution and seek cross-sell opportunities
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to promote Marine products
- Cultivate relationships with customers and producers to grow Marine business
- Share information to support product development and market research
- Utilize Marine Center to support sales and service objectives
- Ensure achievement of financial goals and business plans
- Manage change effectively and utilize systems efficiently
Key requirements- 3+ years of P&C Commercial Carrier production underwriting experience
- Inland Marine experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building with internal and external partners
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
