Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end recruiting for manufacturing, deployment, field services, supply chain, and defense programs at Path Robotics. You'll partner with operations leaders to anticipate talent needs, shape recruiting strategies, and build proactive pipelines. You'll influence hiring decisions with market data and candidate insights while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This is a mission-driven role focused on scaling critical talent across our operations and defense initiatives.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruiting across manufacturing, production, deployment, fleet operations, field services, customer-facing technical roles, supply chain, and defense programs
- Recruit across multiple levels from technicians to operational leaders
- Build sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-find operational talent
- Screen candidates, manage interviews, develop offers, close hires
- Maintain proactive talent pipelines ahead of future needs
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and urgency
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted partner
- Help leaders define what great talent looks like before launching a search
- Use market data and feedback to influence hiring decisions
- Push back on unnecessary requirements to broaden the talent pool
- Translate hiring demand into business impact and help prioritize roles
- Maintain an operating rhythm with managers around pipeline health, interviews, offers, risks, and forecasts
- Develop repeatable recruiting strategies and scalable pipelines
- Use data to understand funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes
- Build targeted sourcing campaigns, talent maps, and competitive intelligence
- Identify automation opportunities in recruiting
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to raise quality and speed of hiring
Key requirements- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience impacting multiple operational functions
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to define requirements and strategies
- Strong proactive sourcing skills with success engaging passive talent
- Experience recruiting in fast-moving environments with high volume and changing priorities
- Ability to understand technical and operational roles well enough to assess and sell candidates
- Experience using recruiting data to manage pipelines and influence decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
- Self-sufficient with high autonomy
