Overview You will lead security advisory services for a defined geography, driving revenue and shaping the security program offerings. As a trusted team leader, you'll guide a team of consultants and partners, oversee client engagements, and refine the security practice. You will translate client risks into tailored engagements and deliverables, coordinating with sales to grow existing accounts and win new business. You'll present technical and managerial findings to diverse audiences and contribute to marketing and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on advisory and delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Lead security advisory and consulting services for a defined geography
- Develop and manage a team of security consultants, contractors, and partners to meet utilization and business goals
- Identify and pursue security consulting opportunities aligned with client needs and risk profiles
- Manage engagements as SME, lead client meetings, track tasks, and present deliverables
- Conduct program assessments against defenses and industry frameworks
- Develop tailored engagements based on client maturity, risk, and budget
- Create comprehensive service engagement deliverables detailing execution, gaps, impacts, and remediation
- Collaborate with sales to grow existing and net-new security advisory services
- Contribute to marketing through research, speaking engagements, and content creation
- Mentor team members and assist with practice development and offering enhancements
- Lead scoping/reviews with sales to finalize service proposals and SOWs
- Serve as SME for client staff on service design and delivery specifics
- Perform knowledge transfers with architects and sales teams
- Assist with customer satisfaction and 'get well' plans when needed
- Identify new service candidates for development or investment
- Complete required training and maintain relevant certifications
- Attend weekly service pipeline reviews and forecast opportunities for next 60 days
- Lead and develop team through mentoring and open communication
- Foster collaboration and conflict resolution within the team
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred (Cyber Security and/or Computer Science)
- 5-10 years of applicable Security Consulting experience
- Certifications commensurate with security solutions experience
- Solutions selling and sales cycle understanding
- Experience drafting customer-facing presentations and SOWs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Technical strategy, architecture steering, and documentation experience
- Threat modeling and attack framework knowledge
- Deep knowledge of NIST, ISO, and PCI frameworks
- Flexibility with changing client/project schedules
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Ability to discuss and sell Security Consulting engagements based on customer needs
