Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of applied science projects across recommender systems, generative AI, and computer vision
- Partner with engineering to productionize ML models at Prime Video scale
- Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering scientific rigor and continuous learning
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Evaluate and iterate on models using A/B testing and data signals
- Leverage large-scale data to improve content discovery and engagement
Key requirements- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and ML techniques
