Overview In this role you will lead campus and metro-scale datacenter delivery within Microsoft CO+I, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time construction that meets budget goals. You will align with cross-functional teams to drive cost discipline and risk mitigation while upholding security and regulatory requirements. The position offers relocation support and requires you to live within 50 miles of the work location. You will shape delivery processes and advocate for safety and efficiency across programs.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Monitors budgets and project controls (PERs, PSRs, change orders, pay apps) and flags financial risks
- Facilitates delivery of campus and metro construction projects with data-driven decision making
- Partners with CO+I and stakeholders to drive process adoption and cost savings
- Reviews engineering docs, designs and site plans to identify gaps and improve constructability
- Leads risk, safety and regulatory activities including OSHA compliance and audits
- Oversees procurement, staffing and vendor performance for compliance and cost control
- Tracks and reports progress across scope, schedule, standards, and budget for executives
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience; 12+ years on data center projects (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years in program/process management OR equivalent experience
