Overview In this role you will manage multiple network infrastructure construction projects in wireless telecom, applying strong project management and technical aptitude. You will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and vendor interfaces to drive on-time, accurate deliverables. You'll review drawings and ensure adherence to cell-site construction standards while maintaining a focus on detail and urgency. This position offers hands-on influence over macro cellsite builds and cross-functional collaboration to advance network expansion.
Responsibilities- Manage construction activities for multiple network infrastructure projects
- Oversee project finances from proposal through final delivery
- Coordinate daily activities, scheduling, and vendor communications
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to wireless cell-site construction standards
- Review construction drawings and close-out packages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones
Key requirements- BS/BA in Engineering or Computer Science, Electronics or 3+ years' experience in Macro Cellsite Build
- Experience in wireless telecom, macro new site build or modification projects
- Excellent verbal/written/analytical communication skills
- Strong teamwork, organization, and ability to work under time pressure
- Independent work capability with attention to detail
- Strong technical and project management knowledge
- Knowledge of Google Workspace with data analytics features (PivotTable, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with industry construction standards and post-construction close-out processes
