Overview In this role you will engage with KOLs, HCPs, and investigators to exchange scientific knowledge and gather insights, supporting MA&E and regional priorities. You will progressively operate with more independence, delivering credible scientific discussions and translating data into clinical context. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field insights with internal priorities and contribute to launch readiness in immunology/dermatology.

Responsibilities- Engage in scientific discussions with KOLs, HCPs, and investigators to discuss disease, data, and treatment considerations
- Gather, synthesize, and share field insights, identifying trends and factors influencing decisions
- Plan and execute field activities within the assigned territory with strong organization and prioritization
- Interpret clinical data and translate findings for diverse external audiences
- Support data generation activities and investigator engagement in trials and site discussions
- Provide scientific support for congresses, advisory boards, and external engagements
- Collaborate with MAEG partners (HEOR, PRO) to align field insights with internal needs
- Engage broader stakeholders and expand engagement to larger practices and influencers as experience grows
Key requirements- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn and communicate complex scientific information
- Independent work capability with sound judgment
- Strong organization, prioritization, and execution abilities
- Foundational understanding of clinical trial design and data interpretation
- Travel readiness to 70% including some weekends
- Dermatology, Immunology, or Allergy focus preferred
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs or clinical research preferred
